You’re probably wondering why you should work with me, and I am thrilled you are here for me to share with you! After many years living in Sevier County, hosting on Airbnb, and investing in real estate in the area, I feel I am very in tune with the short-term rental market. However, after years of both hosting and investing, I recognized that there were two large gaps in the short-term rental market. The first gap I identified was a lack of “honeymoon” suites. The area has no shortage of large cabins that can easily accommodate parties of 20+ people but there aren’t many properties that cater to couples looking for a cozy getaway. The other major gap I identified is the lack of available investment properties under the $400,000 price range.
I’ve always been a person that has worked my way from the ground up, and I care deeply about every project I take on. That work ethic, experience, and local knowledge is what brought me here presenting you with this opportunity.
